Message from Principal

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Greeting from Gardencourt!

I thank you all for imposing faith in us during these six months of our school coming into existence. With our modest beginning with 250 students from KG to grade VII, we have begun well. The immense participatory response showed from your end towards the betterment of academic rigor at Gardencourt Cambridge School in commendable. It is this democratic model of management and association aimed towards the common cause of student’s betterment, this will propel GCS to ‘Strive for Excellence'.

The teaching done at school by our teachers is adequate for your child; hence, there is no need for your ward to go for any tuition. I appreciate the valuable time you do spend with your ward during his/her stay at home, it helps in understanding your wards progress.

The routine class tests, regular evaluations, Formative and Summative Assessments and other methods of assessments are helping your ward to grow academically well and be sound in studies. I would request you to pay heed to your wards reading habits; his independence in self-studies, preparing of projects is very essential. An awareness of what your ward is doing is the objective of homework, and your guidance could be valuable; but your interference in completing the project or homework should be withdrawn. Encourage your ward to discuss with the subject teacher for any doubts and help needed. The credit goes to the person who strives valiantly to do the deeds with enthusiasm and devotion.

Your suggestions during the PTM are always given due weight-age and well considered. I assure you, the best are implemented in the overall interest and betterment of the institution. Your views, grievances and accolades would as always be heard, but let the criticism be constructive instead of destructing an onward growth.

The impact of education is a long drawn effect that churns results with time. Its effect cannot be estimated by the amount spent, but gauge the wealth of wisdom that is getting accumulated in your child.

We believe in giving equal importance to co-curricular activities and games & sports too. Besides, students are regularly taken on field trips and outings. This helps in the holistic development of a child. Many of the schools activities are being well covered in the local newspaper, which is a very healthy sign for all of us.

As always, I look forward to your increasing support in all proceedings at GCS.
